About Me
Hey! I’m Monika Naidenoff, the owner and founder of Compass and Crew Adventures. I have always had a love for adventure and travel. I have a customer service background and treat every client like family, exactly how I would want to be treated.
My “ah-ha” moment was when I was planning a cruise for my family of 6- two adults and 4 children. I started doing research and found it difficult to book a single room for that many people. So down the rabbit hole I went- How many cruises offer rooms that will accommodate without having to book a suite? How many cruises have “daycare” so that my husband and I could have a much-needed date night? Which cruises had amenities for the children who aren’t potty trained? All these questions… I had reached out to a newer travel agent, who had no clue. Ding. Lightbulb moment. I could do this. I wanted to learn it all, and if I don’t know, I will do the deep dive to research and find the answers you have questions to. With a never-ending desire to learn more, I have set out to make Compass and Crew Adventures your one stop shop for all things travel.
My team and I are set on creating the best travel itineraries at the best prices. Whether it be a destination wedding, a family cruise, once-in-a-lifetime vacations, corporate travel, or theme park vacations- our goal is to make your travel dreams come true with minimal effort on your end and leave all small details to us. How?
You book a virtual consultation or phone call, or if you prefer we can chat via text or email. We get to know you, your crew and your travel preferences. We research, find the best deals and curate your travel plans. We then will send you a proposal, you go over it and finalize any changes and selections. You will pay the deposit and set up a payment plan. Prior to travel, we will send you all your travel documents and any information to get to know the location you are traveling, along with any tips and tricks we’ve learned along the way. During your trip, we will be available 24/7 to help with any situations that may arise. After you have travelled, we’d love to hear about it- send us the photos, tell us the stories.
